Join me regularly on the beach on Amelia Island at Beach Access 39 Every Monday at 8:00am and Friday at 7am.  All levels, no set fee, donations accepted.  One hour all-levels flow.

Nov. 2 8am Sunset Standup Paddleboard Yoga

Only 20 spaces.  Come have a beautiful yoga practice in the fabulous Big Talbot Island Estuary.... guaranteed to have birds flying above and may  be lucky enough to see dolphins and turtles by our boards (yes we have actually seen them there). We provide everything you need, just bring sunblock and a bottle of water.  

November 23 9:30-10:30am

Come get your DOWN DOG on while paying with some adorable puppies to benefit our local Nassau Humane Society.  This one hour yoga practice will be full of fun stretching and challenges with plenty of puppy interaction with some of NHS's currently adoptable pups!  This is an all levels yoga class for everyone (Must be at least 5 years old).  The Nassau Humane Society is located at 639 Airport Road Fernandina Beach, FL 32034.  (Please enter through the 2nd building in the lot)

 Be part of our AMAZING HOT YOGA crew!  Be ready to detox and sweat out all of your stress in our Hot Yoga in the building with Marlin and Barrel Distillery and A1A Cidery.  The temperature will be the outside temperature plus a few degrees more. Admission to this fun time includes your one hour practice and a craft cocktail or beverage after the class if you choose to stick around for a beverage.
